Every single game against Kayn ends the same

I don't understand how this "free-win" of a champion hasn't been nerfed yet, but every single game with him in it ends the same. He is extremely safe, you can't kill him but he can kill you, and his damage is off the charts. There is no way to stop him from getting fed. I have not seen a single game this year that had a Kayn in it where the Kayn player didn't get incredibly fed, whether it was on my team or the enemy team. He is simply ALWAYS fed. How can he not be with a kit like his? You'd have to be the worst player on earth not to go legendary with him every game. I really don't see how the balance team could be this bad at their job when it is this blatantly obvious how overly strong Kayn is.

Kayn has a VERY clear weakness: his ridiculously shit early game before he hits his second form. There's a reason he has a 49% wr and not some ridiculous 55%+ wr in plat+.

I have definitely seen games where Kayn hasn't gotten fed. Kayn has great clear and great damage, but a terrible early game. Pre-transformation, he is incredibly weak, and not only that, he doesn't have the option to play it safe and power-farm until the late game. He MUST gank lanes while in his weak state to transform, and that's the time where you need to punish him.

His skillshots and mobility are telegraphed and he only has two damaging cooldowns. Sidestep his W, and you've basically ruined his engage. He would then need to commit his Q to coming into melee range to damage you, which means he now has no escape.

He's certainly strong, one of the best junglers right now, but he's certainly not unbeatable.
