When do you build these items of Wukong?

EDIT: DO NOT JUST GIVE A BUILD. EXPLAIN IT WITH AT LEAST SOME DETAIL AND VARIATIONS.

Reading over the League of Graphs Wukong stats, there are a lot of highly varying winrates based on what the first 3 items are.

These are my thoughts on the items Wukong builds (tell if I'm wrong about some of them): Normal First, Second if BC was built first Normal Second, First vs Tanks, Third if Duskblade was built second Second when snowballing (and you don't desperately need any of the other items) Third vs AD, Fourth vs AD if Duskblade was build Third vs AP, Fourth vs AP if Duskblade was build ???? Fourth or Fifth if you have Hydra Third Fourth or Fifth vs Burst Fourth or Fifth vs High HP Fourth as Tankong Fifth as Tankong Fourth or Fifth vs fed ADC Fourth or Fifth vs excessive CC Desperate for more MR
