How to deal vs an overwhelming veigar support as ADC?

Maybe it was just that I was more tired than usual, but couldn't seem to just avoid or barely get out of this supp veigars wall stun as lucian, even tho normally as almost any champ I usually find it ez to not get trapped in veig stuns. Maybe the veig was just "gud" as I've just gotten into plat. Was he placing them smartly so that even if I E it would barely catch me out?

Veigar has a limited amount of distance from himself that he can place his stun cage. Actually stunning you is nigh impossible, but getting you caught inside is easier. Think about how far that reaches, and keep enough distance from him that he can't put you in such a position, unless you're okay with dealing with the consequences, or going all in, etc etc.
