Riot lied about eternals being refundable

I got cass in an aram and wanted to test if the stats kept track before you unlock them (they don't btw, very good system!), saw that the pass was refundable... read the FAQ article saying they're refundable

Guess i was lied to, rip my 600 RP that i desperately needed for a future pass that would matter to me since i'm in poverty atm.

Going to send a support ticket to see if they're willing to appeal this, wish me luck!

UPDATE: Got my refund!

It actually wasn't riot support that refunded it, infact the reply to the ticket basically said "we don't know what to even do about this yet, we're going to leave the ticket open and respond after we talk with the team about it"

Replied to them, but shortly after i went to check and the refund option did infact show up for the cass eternal, and i was able to refund manually myself. Interestingly I still have my 1 refund, either thats a visual bug or they did do something for me.
