when champions get reworked

i would like a to have the options to refund B.E. on reworked champions(with no skins) because some are soo bad and soo changed that i can't play them anymore like: ornn(no more shield on his w means No Sustaing) makes it hard to get out of situations that make it hard to tank urgot(no more shield on his w means No Sustaing) makes it hard to get out of situations that make it hard to tank morgana didn't change much with her(same but reskined and some messed with her skills alittle) evelynn just don't like her now fiora can play her old self but not the new one xin zhao can play her old self but not the new one
rek'sai can play her old self but not the new one and the list gose on atleast give us the chance to rent for 1-5 games b4 keeping reworks(or let us buy refunded champ for B.E.) i mean some changed you made are great like the new: kayle, swain, ezreal, galio,....etc
