well to see what many player are talkin about abuse an meanness. then riot can see why peeps do not fear being ban for talk abuse. well thats my idea

At the very least riot should monitor ranked chat more, in my opinion that is.
I'm pretty sure many riot employees dont play on their riot accounts already because fanboys/girls wouldn't be able to concentrate on the game.
most riot employees are in high ass elo where its 95% other riot employees or pros
Why would they need to enter the game? They have access to all chat logs, pre post and during the match. They are not blind to what kind of foul behavior some players exhibit.
