Is it normal to que draft for 10 mins and still nothing come up?

No it's not. At any given time (on east at least) the draft pick timer is less than 2 minutes as support main. During peak times it's usually less than 3 seconds. There is a problem in your client, or your connection, if something like that happens. Steps:

1. open internet explorer. You don't need to do much in it. Just open, look for any page, then close it. LoL client used to get data from the Internet explorer. Not sure if still works like that.

2. Restart your client, then try again.

3. Disable your firewall, and try again.

If this didn't solved it, then reinstall your client. In my experience repair is worthless. Go to control panel, remove it as program, then delete it's folder, then download, and install again. If this doesn't help, then ask help from an expert, because the problem is most likely not simple.

If what people want comes through (remove autofill and make longer queues) 20+ mins will be common.
