You were removed from the party

Is it normal to have this msg before game starts in draft pick summoner rift? I mean, you usually see " you were removed from the party" when you que with someone together, but I didn't know you can get that msg when you solo que draft pick.

Happens to me sometimes as well. I usually ignore it, it means nothing.
