Can we stop pretending having 90 BE after lvl up is acceptable?
It feels so much unrewarding and frustating, waiting so much for a lvl up and then find Mundo and other 90 BE worth champs in the chests. This should not be a thing

It's never just one 450 champ, though. You're guarantied a certain amount of BE per levelup (I think the minimum is 810?).
You might get to that number through 450 champ shards, but you'll still get at least that amount no matter what.
Champion capsules are awarded when leveling up. They contain between one and four champions shards, and potentially some raw BE icon Blue Essence, for a total value (after disenchanting) between 810 BE and 1,260 BE.
Stop lying, you can't get under 810 be.
Everyone is going on about can't get less than 810 BE... but I'm almost level 200 and there have been plenty of times I have got WAY less than that..
It's either a good roll... or you get 90 BE and a few cheap shards that comes up to a total of 270-360 BE at best.
I have one 6300 champ to buy and I've hit 3 levels and still sitting on less that 2k BE and that is with a 1260 shard I got last level up.
I think you get more BE at lower levels.. at least when the system first went into place it felt like you got a shit ton.. but now it feels super slow.
