he has no items that really work on him he has no runes that work on him and even when riot does do something for the champ is super half assed like his skin or buff rumble lowest win rate in game 44%

no liandrys got nerfed it no longer gives 15 magic pen and they took away 1% total hp dmg so thats 400 dmg lost pre teamfight
