ancient coin path too powerful now

Does anyone else find it a tad bit too strong? This item path granting the most gold of all the choices, unless of course procs a lot. On top of that, between meditation masteries and the mana drops anyone buying this never runs oom. This makes champions like even more obnoxious to play against, as with unlimited mana she in a nutshell has unlimited health, meaning her lane pressure goes up like crazy (keep in mind this item is now granting lane pressure due mana "refunds" when its supposed to be something that makes you weak in lane but scale up into less agro supports later into the game.)
