QoL fixes to Taliyah's W are way overdue.

's Seismic Shove is still bugged in the way that her quotes do not play when using it (Yes it does have quotes, but they were accidentally removed on patch 6.14). It also does not have a proper targeting reticle like every AoE circle spell should have, which can be very misleading for players who are still learning how to play her.

It's almost been a year since her half-assed mini-rework to her kit. Surely re-implementing these two changes shouldn't take this long.
