Question for nocturne mains

I played nocturne top, they had jax top. I actually killed him twice,got fed in some other lanes.

Jax had around 6 kills, I had around 6 kills, I had way more farm, 2+ levels of experience.

I had yommus ghost blade, I had part of black cleaver, boots, and all he had was the hammer to trinity force and magic resistance boots.

At level 14, he was level 12, I couldnt kill him even after avoiding his stun, spell shielding it, fearing him and landing my Q, and my ult.

How the hell do I beat a jax with nocturne?

Trinity force is super strong until around 3 items

You can't early. Later you can, if you build right. item 3142 item 3078 item 3046 item 3812 item 3047-> def item (smth like frozen heart would screw jax) Maybe some others can recommend a better build to fight Jax. I build him assassin, to 1shot squishies.

And who would that be, because The choice pick junglers, nidalee and graves would get wrecked by jax as well

Why are you trying to play junglers top?

I am asking in general. Not Just top. Even the other day as nocturne JG, our talon went afk and I had to deal with the enemy jax who decided to go mid.
