Just won THE most frustrating game I have ever played win or lose

So I am last pick as bot and our top picks Ashe and Mid picks Lucian We really needed AP so I last second pick Malzahar and said that I was going to mid considering Lucian even took heal (Ashe had tp). once the game starts he refuses to go bot which frustrates me but I can't really fight against because he did technically get mid.

Support threatens to leave but Lucian says go ahead because he is a smurf (here we go). I go bot and continue to lose lane but manage to not feed my ass off, he continues to kind of win mid (he wasn't even good enough to be having a smurf tbh but was obviously better than bronze) and continues to talk shit to players on either team. Whenever he got a kill He would just talk shit to everyone. He builds a Zhonya's mid game because he obviously doesn't really want to win this game but want's to pretty much 1v9. He refuses to cooperate at all with the team, refusing to group unless he's just trying to steal all the kills. He consistently tells us to leave and DC because I know he want's to lose so he can continue his rampage in other bronze games and ruin other peoples day. Even if I leave I get punished and he won't so I'm basically trapped in this game.

We eventually pull ahead and win the game but I am walking away from this game 4 times as frustrated as I was before loading screen; I can't even imagine how frustrated the other team was. I wanted to start a FF and lose but it wouldn't have mattered because losing is what he wanted so he could keep his mmr low. In post game chat I request that everyone reports this guy and he is encouraging us to and even says HE DESERVES TO GET BANNED. At the end of the day 9 people walked away in a worse mood than before we got into game and the only one who was satisfied was Lucian. The part that pisses me off the most is that nothing will happen to him and he knows it. He even admits that he was toxic all game but because he didn't curse all game and was able to work the system even if we x9'd him nothing would happen.

Smurfs who intentionally keep a low elo ruin the games because they are pretty much in control of the game and there really isn't anything anybody else in that game can do about it. I have played alot less league lately and even stopped for a couple of weeks because of the continuous negative atmosphere and coming back to this makes me want to quit league permanently. I am seeing more and more of my friends quitting League because people like this are ruining games for them but Riot seems to be doing very little about it. Riot NEEDS to do something about toxic players/smurfs because it prevents new players from getting into League and inhibits the growth of the game. If Riot lets Toxic players/smurfs continue their reign of terror it will be the death of League of Legends.

TL:DR Toxic smurfs are ruining low elo games and Riot needs to do something about it.

http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2240084872/50810120?tab=overview this game was probably the most annoying to play. our trundle top decides to troll us about 10 to 15 min into game. our jgler supposedly did something to piss him off. anyways for the rest of the game this trundle follows our team around pillaring us in teamfights, canceling our recalls, etc. meanwhile the other team is talking how they're going to honor him after the game and that our team is bad so on and so on. we end up winning the game which still shocks me to this day. this was a 4v6 technically. granted the trundle didnt intent feed more than once or twice it was still brutal playing through that one. enemy team didnt say a word when they realized they were losing which was nice

we all have those cancerous games i have games that last 50 mins long and i gave up in like maybe the first 10 mins because my team either wont stop feeding and bitchin at each other or im doing bad and they wont stop bitchin at me which tilts me even more so i end up feeding even more and then i just afk for a few minuts but no fuckin way in hell am i getting leaver busted (fuck you riot) so i play on muting every single person and then after one team fight we win with our base wide open to a back door lol

From the sound of it, your support was provoking him first. You know Lucian has been played mid in the pro scene? So it's not like he was report worthy in the first place. Was he toxic in chat in response to your support?
