Just a thought on doran's items

Now hear me out on this. Most top,mid and adc's grab one of the dorans items at the start of the game due to the value they give for how much they cost. But what if, they scaled? So that you buy either the shield ring or sword and you are limited to one just like support items but they scaled depending on your level. That way no matter how much you sucked in laning phase you have at least one decent item come late game. You could even put missions or something on them that change the item like the supports have now. Thanks for hearing me out! Remember; it's just an idea
