What are your opinions on Pyke builds?

NOTICE this is not a build in order or anything. This is an open discussion about items that will be good on Pyke. For top laning? Maybe? the new ? Will be great of course as a 3rd-4th item especially if the other team has AP gross move speed will camouflaged or good good is good on him for sure instead on BC for burst? if snowballing this is good it is getting nerfed......but it seem good on him
