Hextech system doesn't feel rewarding.

Hextech rewards are absolutely useless and frustrating. First of all, it forces all new players to play only champions they own, so they can get the ''cool'' skins. Furthermore, it takes ages to get all the available key fragments and chests - you have to play owned champion, you need to get an S rank and you have to win the actual game, and only then, you_ may_ get a key fragment. First 6 key fragments of the month are easy to get, however if you want to open those 4 chests, you need to play ages.

And lets talk about the rewards. So you are missing out on free rotation, and then you finally get your hextech chest. You open it, and what you get.... nothing. The chance, that you will actually get something you would like to see, is absolutely non-existent. System uses your champion points so you won't get the skin shard for the champion you like. It's higher chance to win a lottery, rather than getting skin shard for your level 7 champion. Even if you waste your skin shards and re-roll them into something, system trolls you again, you get some kind of random skin, for champion you haven't ever played, which leaves you even more frustrated (you grind for keys and chests, miss out free rotation, win skin shards for champions you have never played, then you simply re-roll them and get frustrated even more, because you got permanent skin for champion you do not own nor play, and you actually wasted 3 champion shards, which could be used for orange essence).

Very nice rewarding system riot. People waste so much damn time and money on your game, while you can't even make a proper rewarding system, which will actually leave person happy. You have to be EXTREMELY lucky to get a skin for your favorite champion. Even if you get the skins shard you like or at least skin shard for champion you own, you still have to play another month or two, to actually obtain enough orange essence.

It would actually make sense if you could re-roll skin shards and get a permanent skin shard for champion you actually own, it would make much more sense, rather than getting some kind of legacy skin for nunu.

TLDR. Hextech system leaves you more frustrated, than happy.
