Yoric rework?

I don't know why Yoric hasn't received an update for a while now. Maybe there's another thread on this; if so, please give me the link. Although he isn't played very often, the ones who play him are usually the ones dominating the game. I have to say his abilities are a little on the unfair side: spawning creeps, coming back from the dead, harassing players to insanity, etc. Does Yoric need a rework or just a little attention so that people will play him more?
