how to balance lucian

Lucians problem is the game punishes harder now then what it used to, a simple change that could make him a lot better is raising his auto range to 550 from 500 and possible raising q cast range by 50-100 range, the champs dmg is fine but its survivability thats the issue, he cant auto another adc and with mages or any tanks that punish he cant trade. just my opinion
