RIOT what are you DOING?? I don't care how much gameplay QQs, taking 10/20/30/40/50 damage off the BASE of an ability that Yasuo maxes is just too much. I get you give in to the most vocal whiners usually so they keep buying RP, but this isn't OK. This isn't a nerf, this is gutting a champion to the point where he's unplayable. His early-mid game will be GONE and even lategame he'll need 250 bonus AD to just make up the damage. Explain yourself riot!

His E late game does no damage anyway since it's magic and he doesn't build into it. They're trimming his early game safety like they should, since he was supposed to be weak early game from his inception.
