Since we are "nerfing" fervor

Could we buff some of the on-hit items?

It seems to me that while shyvana has been promised "changes" (hopefully buffs) and most AD champions can either use the new fervor reasonably well or swap to warlord's and get by, on hit builds on most champions will go from almost viable to almost unusable.

BoRK and Rageblade are so nerfed and Wits and Nashor's are so... tame that opting into an attack speed on-hit build without live fervor will not be a legitimate option in pre-season.

Apart from the soon to be buffed shyv, the people hit hardest look to be kallista and kayle (though the jaxes, irelias, yis teemos and so on of the world will probably need to build a bit differently). Kayle may actually deserve the nerf, however seriously it will disturb her damage. But I do not believe kallista does.

Assuming there is no intention of removing Kallista's auto ad ratio penalty, could we buff BoRK for the sake of the people who still build it, as they are predominantly attack speed fervor users? Alternatively a buff to Rage blade for those who would use it if it were just a little bit better or less awkward would be appreciated.
