[Suggest] Enchantment rework: Magus, Cinderhulk and Devourer
We can see the dominate of Cinderhulk even after it gets a nerf, while all other enchantment are play poker in the corner of Summoner Rift. In order to balance and improve the diversity of League, I suggest a slightly rework on Magus, Cinderhulk and Devourer Enchantment.

Enchantment Cinderhulk : +
300150 Health +2510% Bonus Health UNIQUE - IMMOLATE: Deals 16 (+1 per champion level) magic damage per second to nearby enemies. This damage increases based on time in combat up to 24 (+1.51 per champion level) and 15 armor/10 magic resist after 10 seconds. New passive UNIQUE - HULK: Killed big monster and each kill/assist will give Cinderhulk a bonus charge: 15 Health and 1% Bonus Health; max 15 charges. Explaination: Cinderhulk focus on tankiness, and the ridiculous AoE dmg is unnecessary. And, to specify this is a jungle item, so it needs to be tied with the jungler's role (assist teammates or farm jungle). -
Enchantment Magus +80 ability power +20% cooldown reduction New passive UNIQUE - INVOKER: Use spell on enemy champions or big monster will create a 400 range aura, which healing 3% losing HP and 3% MP over 4 second. Another spell will renew duration of the aura. New passive UNIQUE - FIEND'S DEAL: Killed big monster and each kill/assist will give Magus a bonus charge: 1.5 Magic Penetration and 10 Health; max 10 charges. Explaination: Magus's buff is focus on AP jungle's kill and assist potential, while giving them a little bit impact on team fights late game.

Enchantment Devourer +50% attack speed +15 damage Passive UNIQUE - DEVOURING: Basic attacks deal 25 + (Devourer stacks) bonus magic damage. Scoring a champion kill or assist will grant 2 Devourer stacks and killing a large monster will grant 1. New ACTIVE - SPIRITS GUARD: Spirits of devoured monster and enemy will create a shield which absorb 50 + 5 x (Devourer stacks) for 3 seconds. Cooldown 60 seconds. Explaination: The shield from devourer enchantment will give holder more chances to AA, and ultility.
