Think a New Fratmog's-like Standard Build will Happen?

I'm sure a lot of people who played during seasons 3 and 4 will remember the old "Fratmog's" build that dominated the meta back then. Fighters built a trio of Atma's Impaler, Warmog's Armor, and either Trinity Force or Frozen Mallet as a sort of standard build and fighters like could almost solo entire teams.

With the introduction of Titanic Hydra and the new passives on Warmog's Armor and Zz'rot Portal, do you think a new terrible trio will pop up in the meta? All of these items (will) scale off of health and push most champions to the 3000 health threshold, where you start getting 3% max health per second. I also wonder what will happen if Cinderhulk gets stacked on top of all of those stats too, it seems like it starts to get silly.

These changes along with the armor nerfs make me think that post-5.16 will be a lot more focused on health and damage than resistances for most tanks and some fighters.
