Relic shield Thresh

Can we just get rid of relic shield from Thresh recommended tab I hate seeing someone that dont know how to play thresh, dont know how to last hit, and dont even know his e passive trying to get cs and ended up missing the last hit. Can we just change it for the sake of the new player so they dont get yelled at for repeatedly trying to hit the minion to get the gold and failing.
