Seriously, he is in every game. I can't stand every fizz getting fed and carrying the game. He isn't hard. He is easy. He is overloaded. He is annyoing. He is broken. His q is so fcking annyoing bcus of its bs damage. His w does so much damage its practically a one shot. E is invulnerability and his ulti... His ulti has the biggest hitbox in the game, it slows, it knocks up and deals SO MUCH DAMAGE. Will he ever get nerfed? He is too easy to play and too rewarding.
this ability does too much dmg the ability that has a delay before it can actually hurt does too much his ult does too much dmg but not enough for you to build any defenses against said "op" thing
what was your build? did you try and bully him pre lvl 3? what champ were you playing? how did the teamcomps look? mid or top fizz?
i wouldn't say he needs a nerf, because he is an extremely feast or famine champ. someone with good waveclear should be able to do the trick, or consider anivia, zilean, or even malzahar

but he is naturally just a cancerous champ, considering not only as an assassin that he picks off a high priority target, but because his ult is AoE, it literally forces your allies to leave you to die
There's Stopwatch, Zhonyas, GA, Banshees (sucks, I know) and about two and a half million different shields to screw Fizz over nowadays.
He's not fun to play against if he gets ahead, yeah - just like pretty much any other assassin in the game. The reason why they should change him is because he's not particularly fun to play as he is now :p

The problem with Fizz is that he has an innate advantage over most champs in 1v1 lanes due to how much damage he can pull without any items. A Fizz can go 
and then suddenly become unkillable. If you rely on mana or CDs, and assuming you optimize your expenditure, you're going to lose it all to wave clear and harass. What's more, he'll just mitigate it with healing.
Then comes the dreaded 
, marking his metamorphosis into an absolute terror via snowballing. He just needs to land one skill on you to destroy you, and he doesn't even need to pop ult to do it.
It used to be "Fizz needed items to be useful. Don't feed him."
Now it's "Fizz wins by existing." If he doesn't kill you, but you don't kill him, you still lose.
Old Fizz, at the very least, needed three kills before he became a problem.
Now, it comes down to whether or not your jungle ganks him.
