Anyone got lesser FPS in 4.20?

Hi, I am one the players with not so good pc quality.

I tend to run about 20-30fps in the previous patches. But in this patch I am continuously getting 5-20 fps overall without adjusting any settings.

Just wanna know if people are experiencing a worse fps like me.
