Is anti fun the new design philosophy?

Since the release of Tahm Kench Champion design / reworks have been pretty brutal. Almost embaressing.

-Tahm Kench, pretty much defined anti fun with his devour. -Juggernauts, made game brutally frustating to lane against these champions. -Sona, Currently heals for an absurd amount with 45% cdr build, ardent sensor while doing a good amount of damage. -Vladimir, The sustain this guy brings to game is insane. -Swain, Got nerfed, easier to play against now. -Illaoi, Basically if you are facing her in lane prepare to have the most unenjoyable 30-40 mintues of your life. "Dodge her Q,W,E,R, tentacles, avoid taking creep damage, just farm" okay. -Kayle, Skarner, Annie, Ashe, Sona currently all have 54% win rate. -Annie, Rework basically made her even stronger. Now Tibbers kills you even if you end up killing annie. Tank Ekko, Tank fizz- Toned down now but pretty much pick or lose options at the time.

The game is already complex, you have to balance it around 130+ champions. Aim at keeping it fun, not Anti fun

I think it might be time to bring in a new creative team to work on game / champion design.

Kayle and Skarner have very small percentages for play rates and ban rates, which hardly serve as a valid statistical info to justify any changes to their kits.

Annie is a pretty awkward one. She's finding sucess, but isn´t played a lot either or banned. Ashe and Sona are truly the only problematic ones.
