No champ is OP, system rewards too much gold/xp = snowball

It's not that champion X is op, it's that when you lose a battle in your lane with that champ the other champ get's like 500g/a ton of xp which encourages to snowball, and theres nothing you can do, if you can reduce the rewards for kills by 90%, people can have a legitimate way to comeback from a lost lane.

Problems:

  1. too much rewards put the other players severely behind.

Solution:

  1. Reduce the amount of xp/gold by like 80% so that champion X does not get fed when they get a couple of kills.

Not true at all, alot of the champs that are considered OP can be far behind their opponent yet still beat them, which is a complete opposite to your opinion.

For Example: A few games ago in one of my games it was Darius VS Riven in the top lane, by 10 mins Darius had died 3 times to riven alone (not ganked) and was behind Riven in CS by about 30ish. Next thing i new he went 1v3 (him vs riv/mid/jungler) killed all 3 in the middle of the top lane river (so there was no out side influence and all but the jungler where at or near full HP) He then continually split-pushed top 1v2+ing their team for the win.

That flat out doesn't make any sense in it's own reasoning. If all the champions were somehow miraculously all even in their capabilities all equal "just because", then there would not be a discernible pattern to give people the impression of a champ being better because ALL champions are a part of that system that snowballs! All champs would be snowballing equally as often in one game or another.

Champions have ability to do things X, Y, and/or Z and since they have things in common, they can be compared, and we can find that some champions do those better than their peers.

Honestly though. It leads to so many one sided matches.

I don't think this is true. Some of them are really just OP. Also, by reducing the rewards for kills by 90% (which would mean there's only 10% left), players would just farm and not care about kills, ever. Perhaps people would even risk themselves to go for big minion waves.

they would focus on objectives, u a casual huh

But what about early in the game? Potentially, if all characters were created equal, fighting is pointless. You get almost no reward. So then, in order to fight (to have an opening for objective), you would just have a passive farm war. It doesn't matter much if you die since the reward is arbitrary and can be made up by just farming a few creeps. Whoever can farm more would win the lane and thus the game.

I'm not saying that what league is now is perfect and don't need change. I'm saying that by doing this, there are potentially new problems. So instead of jumping right into it, we should try to predict these problems and seek the solution that creates the least number of new problems.
