Clearly the 15 second ultimate buff really brought Katarina back into the game and made her a playable champion again. It's apparent from this that Riot have not done enough, though, because Katarina still feels weak and may need more buffs in the future.
15 second ultimate? First of all, it was a change on PBE, not live servers. Secondly, it was reverted already.
2 things...1 ) the 15 sec ultimate buff was never on live servers it was only on the PBE...and 2) it was reverted on the PBE meaning it isn't anywhere at the moment anymore....do some research before complaining
