Complete Kindred Feedback and Opinions

After playing a bit of Kindred, heres my personal feedback.

Passive-Mark of Kindred

I like the marking mechanic and the stacking on-hit HP damage, it makes her scale really well, which i think is what you guys wanted with her by not giving her alot of scaling on her abilites.

Whats wrong with it though?

First off, it should have a cap on the ammount of damage it can do to monsters. Every other item or ability that does %Hp damage does, her passive should be given the same treatment. As much as i like hitting baron to half HP with a couple autos, its not balanced.

Second, you added a soft cap of 6 jungle hunts. While i understand this is so she cant farm up the jungle and get an extremely high %, you went about it the wrong way. Where she has to mark a target, then kill or assist their death to get the stack, this almost requires her to get ahead. If she falls behind and cant kill a champion, then she wont be able to get any stacks, and with her really small scaling on her abilities.. becomes basically useless..

Instead, you should remove the cap for jungle monsters, and make the time inbetween marks longer. I feel this will allow her to stay in the game even if she or her team falls behind. Also where it marks ENEMY jungle camps, she can be denied those stacks.

Q-Dance of Arrows

Short cooldown mobility, with a small amount of damage to 3 targets. I love this ability, and the synergy with her W. It gives her alot of mobility and the ability to make plays or escape from a bad situation.

Whats wrong with it though?

Its scaling is very low. Due to this and its cast time, later in the game this reduces your DPS by alot, and in a teamfight were it should thrive, its honestly better to just buy a hurricane and auto. I feel that to remedy this, its animation should scale with your attack speed. This way it allows you to jump to dodge a skill shot or get extra hits in quicker, without interrupting your autos too much.

W-Wolfs Frenzy

Circle of death, syngery with her Q. Wolfs autos scale with your passive stacks and targets the enemies you target.

Whats wrong with it though?

Honestly nothing. I feel it fits her kit very well and is balanced in my eyes. (although please fix the graphical bugs with the zone on her Shadowfire skin, im sure theyve been report, but just tossing this in here)

E-Mounting Dread

Targeted slow that deals %HP damage on the third auto. Nothing Particularly specially about it, the "3-hit" mechanic is seen on alot of champions, i think it fits her kit well

Whats wrong with it though?

Base Damage is low, Scaling is low, 5% max HP is alright, but its a set number that doesnt scale and doesnt change with ability level. Also it starts and stays at a 70% slow for 1 second.

My problem with this is it feels useless late game. Mainly just a point and click slow that lets me get in an extra auto. Also theres no benefit to maxing this ability except a slight increase in base damage. I would cut the slow down at early levels, and make the slow, slow duration, and max HP damage scale with ability rank.

R-Lambs Respite

Large AOE zone that you drop on yourself or target ally that wont let anyone die and heals everything. Very cool new support-like ability that kinda pulls from alot of other champions ultimates. Fits well, and goes with her lore. Great job on this.

Nothing that i can see honestly, only that it kinda seems odd in her kit, but it fits well with her theme and lore. High Skill cap ability to use right, like Bards ult.

Only thing id do to it, is make it work on towers as well. It does say "units" and towers are listed as "units" for alot of other champions abilities and items (looking at you Nasus Q and Phage)

Overall i really enjoy the champions look and feel and how the kit synergies with itself. Im very excited for her release, especially being a jungle main. Im also very very excited to read her lore, so please if someone would update me on when that comes out id be very appreciated.

(Please note these are only my opinions and i understand if yours are different. Im also sure one or more of these have already been suggested, im just putting everything together of what i think)

the rng is strong with that champion.

how is her mark even chosen? jungle seems to be completely random. and champions? is it the champions that havent died recently?

I think the reason why it doesn't work on turrets is because then it becomes too much like Bard's ult, and the lore is that stops things from dying. You can't stop something from dying if it was never living in the first place

They seem to be able to melt tanks really hard, and I was able to solo baron within 15 seconds. They can't really kite melee champions and they do loads of damage to a single target with E+W, I don't mind Q being the way it is, I think they might be too strong if it scaled higher however, it is pretty useless for damage, but nice for mobility.

I think I'm toplaning with them.
