Kat's damage hasn't even been touched, and she's known to be able to wipe out entire teams with resets, specially squishies.
You say you couldn't kill an ADC at late game? I can only think you messed up your combo.
Maybe you should try NOT sucking at this game.
The simplest combo is to just throw a dagger at them, warp onto them, do the spin to break the dagger mark and then ultimate, note you should do that in a second or less to properly explode a squishy.
Katarina really has no business autoattacking anyone, let alone a late game ADC (except maybe minions or just wanting to harrass the enemy while you finished your combo). Your best bet is, if things really went south, retreat and wait for your cooldowns, there's no way in hell a squishy would survive a second rotation of Kat's damage.

Have you stopped to consider the possibility that it might have been your fault you couldn't kill the ADC, oh mighty Bronze player?
The issue with your comment is that a lot of people have seen Kat kill ADC's, and have killed ADC's with Kat. So nobody is going to believe you when you say Kat can't kill an ADC. Now, what people will believe is that you, playing Kat, in one game, could not kill an ADC. Especially when you do things like ask what her combo is, and insist that it can't be done, you seem unskilled at the champion.
Kat's not bad you're probably just bad. Honestly the health nerfs down mean shit seeing as you can still completely destroy a team fight with good timing. Although I will say this tanky meta isn't good for her

Kat averages a penta kill every less than 1000 games. League as a whole registers a pentakill once every 350,000 games. You are right kar is on my permaban list in high plat because she's awful.
