Instead of Dodging

Well, I think this is unfair---when you get into a lobby and someone auto-locks, and then people start saying they are going to jungle, while someone already has already auto-locked for jungle. So the game just looks like a mess and you don't want to play it, so you don't pick a champ. Resulting in a penalty for you when you don't deserve the penalty. The only way I can think to fix this is to allow us to change our summoner spells in-game. This would help in other situations also. Such as your jung afking, so someone switches a spell to smite. Or if a Supp accidentally left ignite on. If this is not viable please give me a good reason why.
