Thoughts on nasus?

I've been playing nasus as much as I can in ranked. It seems that 9 times out of 10 I win my lane with a min. of 2 kills and take the top tower whenever I finally feel like it. He seems a bit overpowered right now with his high damage, sustain and permaslow. Plus he reduces armor to ramp up the damage. Late game he can destroy an enemy carry but without the risk an assassin has to take. I'm only in bronze so I'm sure a lot of it is people not knowing how to play against him. So what is it, bad bronze? Or is he just a strong champ top?

No he has had a 53% win rate for about a month now so he's standing pretty normally as he goes. He's generally really strong in solo queue as he's a champ that can get shut down hard but it requires good coordination.
