Everyone is allowed to ban what they want.

And (not saying this is the case with Sett now) if a new champion turns out to be broken, which is not really that rare, then why wouldn't someone ban them? You are playing normals for fun, so if a new champion is preventing you to have fun by simply being too strong and not allowing you to play the game, why shouldn't you ban them?

If you really want to play the new champion that badly, you can still go in blind pick, can't you?
