Suggestion to Allow Stattik shiv and Ranger's cannon stack again

My suggestion is to Allow Stattik shiv and ranger's cannon to stack again since Ranger's cannon has been nerfed really hard makes it more reasonable then during preseason. If they are too strong my suggestion would be to make it so that the one that does most damage does 100% of its damage then 2nd one does only 50% of its damage. Example if SS crits and does 200 damage and Ranger's is 50 damage. ranger's damage would be reduced to 25 damage.

It's still becomes incredibly safe burst from a mile away and I'd rather not deal with that again even though I loved that build.

Well to be fair ranger's cannon range already works at the moment with Stattik shiv its just that the damage that does the most applies. Well other item does 0 damage.

Which is a lot more fair since it would end up doing a lot less damage.

The problem with it is, it blurs the purpose of those two zeal items. For instance, when it did stack, everyone was building it as it gave burst, waveclear, and safety in two items that are pretty cost-efficient for adc's based on stats alone. So, if it did work to a lesser degree, there would be no reason to implement it in the first place as there would be better alternatives. So, all it would end up doing is creating more work for Rito in order to make an item combo that is generally outclassed if it did work to a lesser degree.
