Way to make soraka worthless in ARAM

As someone with more than my fair share of Sona wins in ARAM thanks to little more than quite literally mashing the W key for 20 minutes and maybe getting some lich bane procs here and there, I was thrilled to see that she finally received a long overdue nerf.

The problem is that the same nerf makes Soraka 1000% useless in ARAM. This is unfortunately because while Sona takes almost no skill whatsoever to play effectively enough to help your team to a huge degree, landing enough Q's to heal your team as Soraka takes a reasonable amount of skill. Moreover, the fact that Soraka's R has been decimated as well means that she is now almost Urgot-level worthless in this game mode.

While I like the fact that Riot has not been tweaking individual champions for ARAM, there was no need to apply such a huge nerf to all healing champions when Sona was legitimately the only gamebreaking champion. Just permabanning Sona from ARAM would have been enough. .

Riot you need to reverse the healing aura change and figure out how to deal with Sona in some other way.
