well lets see people who will be popular and that will be nerfed in seconds not that much right i mean if you ban 6 of them that only leaves 14 other champions in multiple roles because a Top: Jungle: Mid: ADC: Support: and they all built this item they all use the item on the same enemy squishy Draven gets suppppppper fed this item is not very healthy

(For those asking why i added people like and , darius can build , duskblade , , and can you imagine the damage? I can he is my second most played. Diana [and yes i do build guinsoos on diana] duskblade and can you imagine the damage [ok its probs no where near as much but it would be a lot] And Warwick? lol as he is my main, i owuld build duskblade )

1.: on most of them is pretty bad .(dont reduce itto its passive its not that great its just and ludens with like double the dmg on an 2 mins cooldown)

2.: You really dont want to get this items on most of the listed champs because you need other items more eagerly than to efford a 3.2k item that is just goldefficent.

3.: Nightfall dosn't stack!

4.: You missed who can really use this item(K6)

5.: this items has counterplay item 3140 and literally any armor item

it wouldnt work well on auto attack focused champions, as its hard for them to control the effect of the passive.

this includes champions like darius and yi, who deal a lot of sustained damage. darius only finishes with burst, but auto attacks a lot before that. the item is better on champions who open with burst.

Rengar Riven LeeSin Zed will definitely profit from it. for the other champions its either going to be very hard to utilize or not at all.

for example its really shittiy on fiora who likes prolonged trades and would constantly trigger the passive when she doesnt want to.

that being said, i dont like the design of the item with the missing hp%, as it would be easy to abuse to burst tanks and bruisers with an assassin combined with an adc.

an assassin on his own could burst a tank very well even with this item, as he would blow his chain and the tank would not be missing enough hp after that for the item to finish him off. but adc who are already able to shred tanks in seconds could take them down to about half, from where the assassin can easily burst him now.

i am sorry but i looked on surr@20 and it didnt say it had a passive, this might be a useless post and i will have to rethink it. What is the passive?

it has 120 second cooldown. auto attacks against champions trigger it. after 2 seconds it deals a % of the targets missing health in damage.

so its strong on ad champions with frontloaded burst. someone like zed or rengar for example, who go in, blow their burst chain, and when the target still has health left, auto attacks would trigger the passive that might finish him off.

ill have to test if garens q triggers it. but its very likely, since the q triggers on hit effects. in which case it would be a difficult item for him to use. but if it doesnt trigger the effect, then it migh be actually really good on him.
