Make Declader Champions Unbannable PLEASE

Whether somebody on your team doesn't notice your pick or wants to troll you it makes declaring your champion completely pointless when one of your teammates can just ban them. And what am i supposed to do after that if i play one or two champs that happen to be banned? Do I dodge and get a penalty for not putting up with that shit, or do i sit through and entire game that I don't want to be in just so I can get to report that person for something that should be but isn't actually reportable. (unless it falls in the griefing category)

If there is a single god damn reason why declared champs not being bannable by your team shouldn't be a thing please enlighten me!

If you aren't the 1st pick of the game, i will ban your champ if i don't feel like playing against it

So let's propose that we do this. Trolls can no longer ban declared picks.

You have a troll on your team. You are first pick. They are last pick. They hover Irelia, a hotly contested, strong pick at the moment. You therefore, cannot ban her. Banning phase ends. The enemy team didn't ban her either. You pick your mid laner, let's say Zoe. Their first pick immediately picks Irelia because she's open, and she ends up being a mid pick against your Zoe. She stomps you in lane because you can't deal with her mobility, her stun, and her damage output. The troll then picks someone stupid, like Sona jungle.

Tell me how this scenario is better than a troll banning a pick you have hovered? If they ban someone you have hovered, you simply choose one of your backup options and go from there. You can ALWAYS pick someone else you're good at, but you can NEVER get rid of a terrorizing opponent who picks a super OP pick that makes it through banning.

Some champs tilt me of the face of this earth you know, they tilt me so hard that I would rather just throw the whole game and go next than to play any longer against that bullshit.

If you aren't first pick and you want to play Akali then I will ban her whether you have her pre-picked or not.
