Soraka still not a free loss for her team yet.

I don't know, I like the new Soraka. Her regeneration buff can be applied to multiple allies throughout the duration, which increases the net healing. Not to mention it is better for topping off her allies. So instead of blowing 10% of her health to heal her adc back to full, she can now spend 5%, damage the enemy, and heal the wound caused by the heal at the same time, WHILE still having the option to blow the 10% if she so wishes.
