Help :(
Can someone tell me why I keep losing games? I compare myself to my lane opponent and I usually do better? Why do I keep losing? I can't figure it out. :( [sg-soraka]

take a break.
You as an individual actually seem to be doing pretty well. Your teammates don't look like they are doing so hot though. There are also possible aspects that I can't really judge since I wasn't there to see what happened, like where people were and when they were there, objective control, lane pressure, ect. I'm going through a bit of a rough patch myself right now where on average I perform well but the rest of my team fails to pick up and end up feeding rather than playing safe and keeping the game as close as possible to allow our team to scale and come back (I have recently dropped from silver I to silver III because of this), which appears to be appears to be what you're going through. I definitely wouldn't mind duoing with a good adc though if you're interested in having a top laner that can get things done.
I always try my best and people say constantly in their videos: "Just aim for x amount of CS per min and you'll win." Bullcrap. I always have decent farm and I always lose. :( Never tried duoing, people say that it's not recommended.
They're right in aiming for CS because as long as you don't feed, it won't matter whether or not you get fed because you will still be getting xp, gold, and items to be able to scale and stay relevant in the game. I hard focused on farming when trying to get my S/S+'s to get my Mastery 7 on Teemo. I would get about 300 cs a game and have little to no kills before I would actually get with my team and then I would start picking up kills left and right just because I was simply scaled up. The rest of it falls on your teammates shoulders. I usually prefer to solo but if I can get a duo partner that I feel is going to be reliable, then I will most definitely play with them so that there is at least two people on the team that can be dependable, myself and the person I'm duo'd with. If my teammates get ahead or come out even rather than feeding whole bunch then that's bonus.
