why is matchmaking so terrible?

The reason it's terrible is because they don't know how to fix it.

they want fix it cause the don't give a crap about it. all it effects is bronze and silver players. this entire game is bullcrap if I am donme playing it in fact you ask me. has shit to do with skill its all a damn algharthym. one game u are superman the next u cant kill soraka. all they talk about is balance. but they want dare touch teemo mushrooms hit 3 and die way to op. idots run this thing got to be.
