you rework zac though hes already strong, now hes just a better skarner further engage same ult cept crowd just becasue you guys dont like certain champs doesnt mean they should just be weaker by default

I agree.

Skarner is a strong pick for late game but it feels too much out of meta. Nowadays the only viable junglers are the ones that are capable to gank very often starting from early game. Late-game junglers are pretty much AFK until level 6. In the meantime early junglers have already showed up tens of time in all lanes not to mention that they even manage to be top CS compared to late-game junglers like Skarner.

What I am trying to say is that champions like Lee Sin, Quinn, Ekko, Eve, Graves, Ivern, Rengar, Kha etc. are super effetive in early game. They can gank often basically everytime they want, they are good or incredible in clearing jungle camps, they can get drakes and help to pulverise objectives and have awesome mobility.

Skarner is non-existent in early game. He spends most of his time clearing jungle camps but ironically when you TAB you will always find the enemy early-jungler having more CS than you plus kills, assists and tens of ganks. And when you are finally ready to gank, you have to wait your R and probably flash too since you are a melee with no gap closers and the current meta is all about champions that can blink, vanish, negate CC plus tons of abilities and items that can cancel CC. Getting closer to enemies with Skarner is risky and difficult and the mechanic of his E is a bit too weak. Moreover yes, in late game Skarner is tanky but I feel that it isn't worth it. A Graves with 6x offensive items can take an equal amount of damage while a Skarker needs more than two items to become tanky enough.

In conclusion it's always the same story. What's the point of picking a late-game jungler that can't be helpful for the vast majority of the game? Most of times the game is already over or ruined before you can reach late game for your power spike. RIOT is trying to make this game fast paced but they forgot about late-game champions. I mean game are shorter and snowbally therefore the concept of "late-game" should be anticipated.
