20 min leaverbuster?

This is more of a rant than an actual complaint I guess. My rickety old 6-year-old PC decided to bluescreen in the middle of a match, and it took a good 10 minutes to start up again (my computer likes to apply updates 5 times over each time it starts.) I finished the rest of the game, and after the match I was informed that I had received a leaverbuster. 20 minutes, no less. Sure I've AFKed/dc'ed in the past before, either because of IRL issues or because I didn't know how severe afking was, but come on . I hadn't dced for weeks befor that and I still get 20 minutes...seems a bit much.Does the timer ever reset? The system just seems so broken to me. I know I'm mainly to blame for leaving so often inthe past, but it was in no way my fault that my computer crashed at that moment.

Again, more of a rant than a complaint, I'll just suffer through it I guess :D
