she had almost 60% winrate because of it. they lowered her numbers. also are you bronze or something because morg puts 3 points in w and clears entire minion waves, AND gains 48% max mana? right sounds balanced dude riot should hire you!!

You also want to increase the duration of CC that Morg has?

% winrate is never a good enough reason to use as the sole basis for a buff or nerf.

Bring actual reasoning, then we can talk.

Until then I remain convinced that Morgana is fine.

Yasuo is not a good example, his popularity and infamy twist the circumstances. And there were actual balance justifications provided for the changes and not just % winrate.

I do like morgana and I was not thrilled about her little rework either. That being said, mana regeneration on kill is not a great idea for her, since it is in support that she is struggling and in that role you shouldn't be last hitting anyway for most of the game.

That's a great idea. Lets make it so that Morganna's CC is truly permanent until the enemy is killed, and not just long-lasting so that in all probability you're about to be killed shortly after it lands.

I mean I'm silver, so I guess I don't know, but Morg feels pretty damn effective mid AND support - the W changes are arguably even better on support since if you drop W on the ADC and support on the cannon wave you get an almost instant 30% off the CD (assuming they take a full second to get off).
