Why is sejuani so slow? if she got off her boar will she move faster?

I just think it's funny how sejuani is slower than most champs and she rides a boar. what would happen if she started walking? I mean hecarim and kled are pretty mobile. I think they need to buff sejauni's movement speed at least

Balance > Theme

Sejuani has crazy amounts of cc and stickiness built into her kit, buff her ms and it becomes too hard to kite her.

she isnt the only one. Anivia is big ass bird and she is slower than teemo. Its all about game balance

why would a boar be as fast as a a horse or skaarl? she already has decent movespeed at 340.
