New jungle losing monsters on blue camps, etc. hurt Fid

It shouldn't be that bad on the first clear considering you would be taking W anyways and start on Blue Buff.

While it might be a little slower on subsequent clears, it shouldn't be that bad.

If anything, the changes to Raptors and Krugs are probably bigger nerfs to his jungling.
