Riot if youre going to destroy black cleaver
could you at least remove the crit chance on ghost blade and buff the other stats so there are two non garbage brutalizer items. my Tu Strong weeps at the idea of the cleaver changes

what makes u think BC is getting ruined?? seems to me like its getting better tbh
ruining it for some champions they're making it more of an item that a tank would want to build the loss of flat AD plus all of the armor pen means youll hit like a wet noodle just make a new item from phage, dont ruin a perfectly good item
i disapprove of both statements.
hey look new cleaver sucks the D :) gutting its damage and minorly buffing the health and utility of the item made it 500x worse than the old cleaver who woulda guessed
