turret and monster visual bug?

I'm getting the same thing.
Ok how i fixed it on my end. First i had used a bunch of fps boosting tweaks i found on a reddit post. One of those tweaks was to change in the game.cfg the colors option from 32 to 16. After i changed that option back to 32 the bug went away.
I have the same problem since the patch today. I've updated graphics drivers, tried restarting the client and rebooting my computer. I've tried every combination of graphic setting in game and can't get rid of them on towers and monsters.

Anisotropic filtering- Application-controlled. Anti-Aliasing FXAA - Off. Antialiasing mode- Application-controlled. Antialiasing Transparency: Off Triple buffering: Off

The blocks are appearing when I have any object selected (champion, structure, monster). They then appear on all other objects on the map. If nothing is targeted I don't see the graphic bug.

Same problem. Playable, but not gonna play any ranked games until this is fixed. Not gonna torture my team with my bad CSing because of this.

Where u all from? Cause it sounds like rito is trying to kick some of us to lan server :( sad day.
The way i fixed it was going into NVIDIA Control Panel and setting Anisotropic filtering and every Antialiasing to OFF. After that i gone back to game and the squares dissapear. Surpsrisingly after that i've clicked the Restore button to check wich of those options actually fixed the squares bug and when i gone ingame, the squares weren't there, even with all NVIDIA settings Restored to default (Note that after hitting Restore button the options gone back to ON and Application Controled, so i am not exactly sure how the bug fixed by doing all that... good luck to all)
Im having the same problem
The only way I can seem to get rid of it temporarily is by left clicking every selectable object. What is upsetting is that at the time of this post, Riot hasn't announced that they acknowledge the bug. Right now they seem focused on the issues with the chat system.

I have been getting this since forever now. Plz fix riot.
I have same problem for whole week, updated driver re-download LOL 3 times and change 32 to 16 bit back to 32 bit didn't work. Forget about repair bottom it will just waste ur time. I'm diamond 5 and I hoped to get a better rank for new season, it's so annoying that u cant farm atall. Now I think it is time to play Dota 2 because there is no fcking box. Riot can't see this bug at all.
Has anyone found a fix for this bullshit? Other than DodgeX's, it doesn't seem to work for some of us. Though nice work for those who it does work for!
same here, I am getting this on both blue and purple side of the map
haven't played since the 19th, came back today expecting this to be fixed but its still the same anyone find a fix for this yet? pretty much makes the game unplayable

My solution for the problem was at the graphic card i changes all my setting from my motherbord to the graphic card also i made color ajustment and i am ok thnx all for making me search to the graphic card settings XD 
I have the same thing! I thought it was because I minimized during champ select, like before. but dammit..
Thats happening to me too, there's mine. It occurs on minions and sometimes champions but mostly turrets and minions and causes FPS drop making playing difficult.
Been having this problem since the patch, tried just about everything from updating drivers to repairing client to reinstalling, all to no avail. Kind of sucks because sometimes it makes the game practically unplayable. Hopefully there's an actual fix for this soon.
Okay so I know they took servers down at 1am west coast (3am central, 5am east) and now are back up apparently they must of known about this and fixed it because the bug is no longer there for me. Tested two different games, same amount of time as before and no more red or blue squares!
I have this same issue on NA. Once I have something selected (display in top left) IE: creeps, champs, towers - if I mouse over anything IE: creeps, tower, champs - I get a Blue/ Red box around that target.
This issue has been consistent in every game since Patch 4.20. Issue also exist in multiple game modes. Twisted Treeline & Rift Beta
I have re-downloaded the game, updated video card drivers, and adjusted every in-game video setting, issue still exist. Changing the color setting in game.cfg didn't help either.

Same issue, on EUW. Its really annoying, and my pc isnt low end either, easily get 200+ fps... V-sync doesnt do anything to fix it, on or off. Really annoying... Sometimes doesnt register the click onto the box.

Still no fix? Seriously? I have tried the fix people listed from Reddit ( Bulls@#t fix to be honest ) can we at least get a response from you Riot to let us know you have freaking seen this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i get the same thing i was able few times to fix it by restarting it over but many times it was still blocke and this started form me in the map hope this is fixed

Same, worse bug I've seen in this games since I started playing. Tried even repairing the whole game. Nothing from RIot about this yet? seriously?
