Give a giant red border when Sion ults

You know how when Sion ults there's a loud war trumpet noise? Well that doesn't help when someone plays with sounds turned off. Since Riot made it so that the screen glows when you're ulted by Zilean or Kayle, why not make the screen glow red or something when Sion's ulting for those of us who don't play with sounds on? I much prefer having my music in the background plus talking on voice chats.
