Lord Dominik's Regards is basically the ADC's spiritual successor to what DFG was originally intended to allow mages to do. +15% dmg amp on tanks (except it's a passive and NOT an active that can squishy nuke as per the DFG abuse case) plus mega arpen. Mind=Blown

Small problem being that it caps at 500 health. And it's pretty easy to have 500 health more than an ADC.
